You can make the payment in the following ways:
1. Cash – this payment method is available only in official showroom.
2. Bank cards – MasterCard, Visa.
3. Privat 24.
1. Pickup – from our show-room.
2. Nova Posta – within 3 working days.
Delivery worldwide are available in two methods:
1. Ukrposhta deliver your order within 3 weeks. Cost: 30 euro
2. Express delivery service DHL / TNT , you can use if needed urgently to receive your order within 5 working days. Cost: 80 euro
According to the Law of Ukraine «Of the rights of consumers’ protection», article №9, the Consumer has a right to refuse from the purchase or to exchange it at any time before the courier delivery and after the delivery within 14 days, but only if the goods are fully safe, all labels and the documents that confirm the fact of the purchase are available.
During this period the Consumer is obliged to inform the store manager about the decision in written form via email email@example.com or by phone +38-050-320-51-21.
The price of goods shall be returned to the Consumer within 14 days after the goods received by online store.
When returning goods to online store only the cost of the goods would be reimbursed, the delivery cost is of no return.
The returning of the goods to the store the delivery is paid by the Customer.
